| Does the Cookie Diet Really Work? |
Lose weight by eating cookies? The Devil you say! There's an
entire galaxy of weight loss products out there, most of which aren't worth the
money. But if you look around on the Internet for a little while trying to find
good diets, you’ll eventually stumble across one of the few diet products that
actually lives up to the extravagant hype surrounding it, the Cookie Diet.
It seems counterintuitive to think that you can lose weight
by eating cookies, but the cookies used in this very special diet are no
ordinary cookies. Adding to the effectiveness of the cookies, and other foods
dieters consume while on this diet, is a very different philosophy about weight

program you don’t have to starve yourself or live like a monk. You eat a
variety of small meals throughout the day, so you never feel that overpowering
hunger that is the death knell of so many diets.
Another great thing about this cutting-edge diet is that it
includes dietary supplements that give your body exactly what it needs at the
same time that you’re cutting down on your food intake. Since this diet
includes supplements, you’ll never find yourself getting tired or burned out as
you can with so many of the other diet programs that aren’t as well-designed or
